Sailing vessels
The three-mast and three-deck frigate was built at the Gdansk Shipyard in 1987 as a training vessel.

At present the vessel belongs to the Odessa Maritime Academy.

The caravel "Ninja" had a displacement of 60 tons and had triangular Latin sails. That was a one-deck vessel with high boards on the bow and on the stern, she had good seafaring characteristics.

During the Russian-Turkish war (1828-1929) the Russian 20-gun brig of the Black Sea Fleet performed an unprecedented deed and was honoured with the high award - the right to hoist Georgian flag and pendant.

The richly decorated with carved decorations and sculptures yacht was armed with 8 guns and was the pride of Prussian King.
She was built at the Ochtinskaya Shipyard in Saint Petersburg.
On the 3rd of July 1819 the sloop "Vostok" under the command of the second rank captain
Bellinsgausen, the head of the round the worls expedition, and the sloop "Mirniy"
under the command of captain Lasarev started for the expedition with the aim to investigate the Pole area af the Southern Hemisphere.
On the 16th of January 1820 the round the world expedition of Bellinsgausen-Lasarev met with a success - new continent was discovered - the Antarctica.

18-gun vessel of about 18 m length.
Due to the excellent seafaring characteristics of the "Zolotaya lan", eluding persuit of Spanish vessels the ship has made the second after Magellan round the world voyage.

64-gun Frigate "Ingermanland" was projected by Peter the First himself.
Just after building the "Ingemanland" has become the flagship of the Russian squadron. She successfully participated in the fighting voyages in 1715-1721. The "Ingermanland" was decorated with a splendid carving.
In the memory of the glorious past of his beloved vessel Peter the First signed the order: "To keep for memory"

The number of trainees - 102 persons.
The ship had the status of training and practical. Her traditional ports of call were the ports of the Crimea and the Caucasus.

The Steamer and Frigate "Odessa" was built in 1828 in Nikolayev
in accordance with the Count Vorontsov order.
The hull is made of oak, plated with copper.
The length along the cargo waterline - 32.2 m, the width - 8.04 m.
Aboard there was one steam boiler and one steam power plant of 70 horse-power capacity.
She was the firs vessel to make the chartered voyages on the Black Sea.
The first voyage of the Steamer and Frigate "Odessa" was on the 11th of August 1828 along the route Odessa-Yalta.
Later on the "Odessa" was used to carry passengers along the route Odessa-Varna.
The four-mast Barque "Kruzenshtern" is one of the largest in the world training tall ship, she was built in 1926 at the Teklenborg Shipyard.
First she was called "Paduya".
Displacement - 5,220 tons, length - 114.5 meters, width - 14 meters, draugth - 7 meters. There are 31 sails (of total area 3.460 meters) on her four masts.
She has two engines of 800 h.p. each.
She takes aboard 240 persons.
The area of sailing of the Barque is not restricted.
The Barque "Kruzenshtern" has won in a lot of international regattas.

The Baltic sails and rowing galeys were the basis for the Peter Fleet for military actions in the shoaling waters of the Asov and the Baltics.
Due to the small draught, efficient actions in the shallow water and during windless weather the have completely justified themselves during military actions in the Baltics shallow waters.
